Your responsibilities:
- SAP order creation, processing, and reception
- Handling of anomalies and claims (reclamations)
- Sourcing and supplier selection
- Contact with suppliers in English
- Building strong relationships with business partners
- Managing contracts and commercial negotiations
- Management of a mixed portfolio of goods and services supplier
- Operational support for Category Managers
- Regular business trips within Poland (Platform visits, project follow-up)
Our requirements:
- Proficient/Fluent English
- SAP skills would be a plus
- Familiarity with the Google Workspace environment
- Strong analytical skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and planning abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Results-oriented approach, motivation to learn and develop
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Experience in a similar position/role
- Autonomy in work
